9 weeks, 8.5Kg loss
As mentioned previously.. I was only targetting to reach 57-58KG...
But Now...Seems like results too good... I am at 56.5kg!
So 65-56.5=8.5kg loss..
despite the fact that i oredi stop replacing 2 meals per day..WHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAA
I tink i can go back to 53Kg, when i was 21YO and trained pretty hard in gym and had personal trainer! wahahhahahahaahahaaaa
