Abundant Milk Supply.... OMG

I always know that I have milk...Arrrh....but the agony of having too much milk is sometimes have to get another empty bottle to collect the output... at times i simply went to the basin to pour out some before continue pumping....

Last nite I overslept and didnt express for around 5hours...this is the amount I get!! 550ml!!!! omg...
I been throwing away EBM due to limited fridge space and supply more than demand... HEhehee...

Average each pump i can yield minimum 300ml of EBM...with 3hours intervals...sometimes 2.5hour interval

Been trying to mix into Raphael's milk too...to prevent throwing away the excess... hehee...

I duno if this is a good or bad thing...but something to be sure, yeah, i can save on FM!!

Update on Chocs

Today is 3rd Feb, first day of CNY and yippie...its the 9th day since i gave birth and now i am 70kg!!! wohooo....

I am targetting another 13kg loss to meet my pre-pregnancy weight lor... happy sia!!!

My bf-ing journey been far too good and i am able to express out between 300ml to 400ml per 3hrly pump...haiz...i duno to be happy or to feel sad...8x300=2.4litres of milk...and Gabriel is only taking 100x10=1litre ...

so technically speaking i am discarding away at least 1+ litres of EBM daily..... not forgetting i am mixing 2 feeds of FM to ensure his jaundice is not caused by BM....

5 kg loss!!

My birth story for Gabriel on 26th Jan 2011  (Wednesday):



2+am woke up to pee then feel some stomache...but try to sleep back coz Slpy mode ...thinking next morning then go pass motion.... drowsy mode...tired...


245am jump up as I felt something gushing out...indeed my panty and shorts were soaked.. i was still thinking that well, maybe my urine leaked..but when i went to toilet and sit down, further gushes of water came out beyond control... Thats it! I thought! must be water bad burst...could feel the pressure on my tummy and backside... painful...

I went to the playroom, tell Ben... Cham liao..burst liao... He jumped up and say lets go...Packed and check everything.. by then i feel like vomitting and stomach cramp...

Called my mum and then sister for help to carry my boy later when i reached...


3am set off to deposit my boy and pass Raphael to them... Then Ben say we save abit on parking fees and suggested we parked at the season parking carpark in BM and then take a cab to hospital...

So while i was waiting for him to park his car, standing at the side of the road, i felt like vomitting and the cramp started again... (really is an obvious sign that this is not a fake contraction! haha)
We reached hospital 345am... went straight to Delivery suite...

The nurse told us that Dr Kek happens to be around checking on another patient... just my day!! Saw her calm n usual steady smile, make me feel at ease...
430 dr Kek check...2cm dilated and opt for epidural (she told nurse that i will need it)..hehe...before she tell nurse that i need it, i already knew i need it...coz during pre-admission we have opt for this epidural...


5am epidural came and administer the jab...wah...damn pain...in less than 30mins, i started to shivers all over from top to toes.... shaking badly but i told ben,...better than the contraction pain...

on and off despite shaking, i could feel pressure at the V area...like something opening up...and my lower abs like got something wriggling down...


7am complained pressure at vagina area, told the nurse about it and ask issit normal...

the nurse check dilation 9+cm!! within 2 hours and i was close to full dilation!!!

They ask me to wait another 30mins while the call Dr Kek... so i waited.... the pressure started to get intense but i told myself to wait till my "idol" came.... 

around 750, the nurses get me into position and prepare me with the pushing exercise...we started to try for 3 cycle...then came our Dr Kek...
8am started to push for real when Dr Kek came.. After 4th cycle, Dr Kek says can see the hair lor...
 
5th cycle of push baby is out ... Phew
 
Baby Gabriel is borned ! Weight is 3.68!! heavier than Raphael
 
On 29th Jan 2011, i am 75kg!! weight is going down!!!
