Recently been chasing this show... Not bad...very typical romance show...Vanesse is also in this show and compared to the F4 Meteor Garden, I must say his acting skills really improved tremedously!

Haiyo.... the cons of this is that each week they onli released one episode..so i got to slow down abit... now at ep 5 liao.... tink end of feb 2010 then will finished filming 20epi... OMG...

Raphael saw this plush toy and he immediately lits up! Yes.... on top of his big eyes, i can see his eyes brighten up and open wider... He couldnt hide his excitement and was sooo sooo kan cheong to get the toy in his hand!

*hiat hiat..* made the right choice despite the steep price of this simple 16inches toy ya...

Once he got hold of it...he keep smiling away (isnt this wat we buy such exp toy for? to see his smile and feel his happiness... Well done..Money well spent!)

Aiyoo... He was dancing and wiggling around by the time he reach home, keep shouting ah Chio!!!

As if Pinocchio is his best friend! hahaa....

I am sooooo happy i bought this... I am still waiting for the shipment of the DVD of ah Chio...I bet he will love it too!

Been chasing this Drama Series since last 2 weeks and I am hooked on it... Typical fairy tale story on the leading actress Fu An, lost her house, grandma in a fire. Then married the man who indirectly caused this fire.

Hai...sad is that there is always this guy who will be there protecting her and she didnt choose him...

Nice show! I like! left 3 more episode to go! CHEONG AH

Father and Son

I have a feeling Raphael seems to put me in the lowest priority list now..Mummy, Ah Gong, Ah Ma, Ah Yee and Ah Gu are all higher than me..just realised how long he didnt come over to hug me tightly..maybe i didnt spend enuff time or give him enough attention of late..but I have been trying hard..like going over to Ah ma's house earlier to spend time before we go home, try to interact with him more when at home instead of watching TV..think on my 2 days leave on the 29\30 Dec, i will bring him out to play haha..he may put me in the lowest priority now..but he is definitely my top priority.

This is the ticket to my first 3D movie! hahaa... i so old liao...never been to a 3D movie wor! so excited... I rushed all the way to Marina square as Benji book the 650pm movie... arrrh....practically running..till my leg jelly jelly lor!

When we enter the theatre, there are pple distributing glasses! COOL!

Yeah ...movie was good...but abit dizzy...effects not bad...

Hang on there TGE!

today marks the start of my 2 day interval pump which is 48hour pump!

yes...ytd i managed to pump at the 36th hour!
So today, i will endure till tml nite then i pump! wonder how much i can endure..hope can stop soon...
Esp with my painful neck to shoulder...(due to slp position...)
Today is a busy day... had a pkt of the fiber drink...This drink seems quite effective on me so far, my tummy seems to shrink..i can see the long lost friend--the bone near the side of hip!i thought i could never be able to see them again despite my constant exercise.

Somehow...duno how they POP OUT!! wahaha
A lazy day...later going to gym to either do weights or cardio... tired too

Take care or not?

Hiyo...now having a little dilemna...shld i ask ben to bring raphael over to my mum's place when he is on the way to work tml at 630am?

Then i wait for the part time maid to come over clean house at 12pm till 2pm...before tt i kiao kar relax and zo bo... hmmm

abit of struggle here as half of me want to rest and kiao kar and sleep like nobody business but half of me (the guilty conscience) ask me to let Raphael stay with me..

Then i got to wake up at 730am, cook porridge, wash up..watch fire... then feed him every 3hrs interval till he wake up..

He wake up then got to play with him... run around with him...maybe can go compasspoint walk walk or the playground...

Then when the part time maid come... I got to juggle between Phael and watch the maid...hMMMMMM....

Let me think about it....

Day 2 of Phyto Fiber

Today is the 2nd day I am taking this drink and I already feel much lighter... tummy also seems to be smaller and of coz i also went toilet more often as usual..

Today total went to toilet for 8 times...arrrh.... its good to "detox"...lets see..

Great news is I lost 0.5kg within 2 days!!! WAHAHAHAAA

Anyway...lets see the weight loss in due course... hahaa

Day 1 of Phyto Fiber

Yesterday was the first day I tried this drink and I must say that it taste lousier compared to Benji's slimming tea...

Partly becos i am used to drinking tea and partly also becoz the drink got "residue" feeling...

But the effects are... hmmm...quite good... I went toilet total 8 times for the days... and could feel slight stomache when the shit is near...

Feeling is much better than Benji slimming tea and somehow can feel the oil coming out... YUCKS!

I took the first drink on 9th Dec, wednesday nite ard 11pm, then the next day... around 7am i could feel tummyache and done the biggest business i ever had for the past few years!

Power! Then I took the 2nd drink at around 10am, then keep continue frequenting the toilet lor..

This will be a 2 week detox program and I target to loose some weights tummy in due course.

Of coz i will continue to exercise.Last night I went to gym and ran 3.2km in 22min! hehee
Lets continue!

Ai Xin Polo Bun!

Went to lunch with my colleagues and they suggested to stop over at this tanjung Rhu Bao shop to buy some Bao.

I bought a Tau Sar Bao and this Po-Luo bun...

See...Ben I so nice to you..buy u this ! hahaaaa

Yeah...finally got my 13th month...this time round i need to be more thrifty compared to previous months...in fact up to 2 yrs back...

coz i been splurging and splurging on Raphael...aiyooo...will i be able to maintain a "HANDSOME" sum in next few months? I dunno

Detox Program Day 3

This is the first time I am taking slimming tea... At first was very relunctant as I want to believe in exercising to loose weight.

But as I start to drop more pumps, my weight increased! Now I am at the stage of totally dropping that last pump I had...

Sad to say... i started drinking that slimming tea ben is drinking..hahaaa..
Indeed there is some improvement and my pants seems looser... AHHAHAAAAAAAAAAA...
Well... Got to give a try... I want to slim down another 6kg! whahahaaa
