Diet - TGE - Lunch 290909

Today didnt diet much, went to Joo Seng to have a mee goreng... with sliced fish..then went to Prime supermart to buy a cooling water and also some biscuits for Raphael and a banana...

Today didnt drink the green tea as i felt abit gassy ytd... keep farting..hahaaa...and stomache also...

YEah! I have collected my maidenform bra from the organiser and wore it once yesterday..the material is so sooo soft! comfortable leh! but the shipping from this organiser at kim tian sucks man..so exp..per pc ard 7bucks...
nvm..i have order another 3 pc from another lady and hopefully hers will be better.

Can you imagine the same bra is selling 89.90SGD at BLUSH! and I can get it at overseas sprees for SGD15-20bucks after shipping? WHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAA

I think I will switch to this brand lor... even for panties... Now waiting for Maidenform clearance sale..then can run and buy!

Diet - Benji - Lunch - 29.09.09

Went grocery shopping last night as i got a new recipe to try out for my diet lunch..Wraps..it cost $6 from subway and no way am i going to pay for that..since i have my own "dream" kitchen, must utilise it to prepare my own healthy lunch..

Lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, onion, cheese and ham makes up the wrap..a light toast in the oven and it tastes GREAT!..its light as there is min carbo, filling as lotsa vegetables..

This shld be a sustainable lunch menu for me..just back from a 40mins jog in the gym, eating my lunch now while blogging.

Diet - Choc - Continues on this week

I am trying to lose that tummy of mine... tml at gym i tink i will have to run liao...maybe run for 20mins after my usual weights session...
I also wan to target to finish 10KM this year... cannot be lazy liao... getting out of hand!

I have been discipline since last tuesday and only allow myself to indulge abit on the weekend..

Today.. Back to my usual green tea, light lunch diet(Had fish soup noodle)...heheeee

Later teabreak at 430pm I have an orange.. push on... i am getting near to my target... digit 5..here i come!

Diet - Benji - Continues

a wake up call last sat..went to the pool with our darling Raphael..took tons of pictures..however, when processing the pics, realised all with ME cannot be published..i look bad..real bad..hideous..how can i be so fat...i need to start getting into shape..target the Standard Chartered 10km run 1st..ultimate aim is to pass my IPPT so that can skip RT\IPT..i know i can..i have done it before..i am sure i can do it this time on my own..

Benji - Diet - Day2

Am on day 2 of diet competition with Gekeng..had a curry puff in the morning, 1 raffles hotel mini champagne mookcake for snack, dry beef kway teow and ice tea for lunch..oh SHIT!..forgot i am diet..will keep my mouth shut from now 1.39pm till tonight..must control diet at mum's place..Dieting is hard..to slim down, exercise is a must..morning too sleepy, night got class or Raphael's time..so hard..left lunch time..lunch time go gym needs alot of motivation..and i am motivated by Food..how leh? maybe use this to motivate me..

Resolution to slim down--TGE DAY 2

I am passed the most difficult day, DAY 1... yesterday I managed to cut off all the snackings...all the junkies.... Felt good.

Today did the same thing... I didnt touch any junk food till now... and when I was at canteen just now... was so tempted by chips and those ice creams on display... Wooohooo...Passed this hurdle again.. Not bad ya!

I had a plate of Bee Hoon with Tau Kwa, Fish Cake and chicken... No choice..I dun wan to eat with pple i do not want to eat with...so Chose to eat Canteen food.. Wahahaaa... If lunch together...i tink i will lose my appetite... hahaaaaa

Oh ya...the green tea seems not bad... Keep it up...

HAHHAAAA...

Resolution to slim down--TGE

Benji and Me make an pact to see who can lose more weights by 22th Oct 2009!We have been gaining alot of weight since dunno when..so we decided its time!!

No more late nite pizza, maggi mee, chocolates, junk food... NONONO
My target is to lose 5kg whereas his is to lose 10kg..

Lets see..the winner will get $100 bucks cash!oh man! I can use this money to buy alot of things!

I have bought some green tea from Eu Ren Sheng, now drinking the "not so bad" green tea... it did helps me in suppressing some urge to snacks!During lunch today, i managed to eat Kway tiao Yong Tau Hu... Yeah! One more hurdle passed!

And I bought a glass of orange juice and a pc of water melon.... Hope i can succeed! I even tell Nikk not to give me those potato chips and the chocolate loveletter...Hehee....

I will SURVIVE!

Konfidence!!

Sian... Last Sat went for a swim with Raphael and then started to rain...

Ben was unhappy becoz i ask him to put the stuffs inside locker as we had 2 IPHONE, 1 blackberry, 1 DSLR in the bag...costing over 2K...

cant be we left it there..if lost... I dunno how also...So ask him to put to locker and he wasnt happy coz he dunno how to operate the automated locker...

end up..He sit at a corner, snapping pictures and it also started to drizzle... then i asked him to play with raphael... i go put in locker... hmmm... it works.... so we played a while until we noticed raphael started to shiver and his lips starts to turn purple

then come the stupid and forgetful thing... we bathe him,strip off his swim diaper and the Konfidence suit...

I assuming he will pack as he rush off to bathroom, leaving me with 2 bags, and 1 camera...I thought i saw him took the swim diaper and suit...so assume he pack liao...

i was too busy lar..honestly speaking..raphael was screaming and crying wanted to go back to the pool...me...i was wrapping him...keeping him warm...hai...stupid me..stupid mistake...

Him assuming i will see and pack the suit into bag...
end up nobody pack..and no one noticed until late at nite i was doing laundry and notice my suit is gone..shit...this suit cost me 60++ previously...

Hai... So ytd we went to get the new Konfidence for 2year old and above... chin cai lar...SGD$74 bucks...wat to do..we want our boy to swim with konfidence and with a warm body...

Will i have mid 30's crisis soon (I am only 28 this year)???? I saw Brandon(BIL), went for slimming courses (acuputure) and dieting..and he lose over 10+kg!!! So tempting..But i guess I am not suitable for such dieting as i hate Vegetables and I am Raphael's Cow...

Brandon also went for tooth whitening, crowning...facial packages...etc etc...WAH! My BIL so ON man!! Will he be going for Spa Packages??? Massages??? WOOHOOOOSo envy rite? This Man Know how to enjoy life! hahaaaaa

A pair of denim shorts cost SGD48 in local store at wisma, the same pair cost me SGD15 from US site include shipping!hahaaa.a.. now i know why so many pple spree online for this brand...i am hooked! No more Mayuki for me...or those Taiwan website...coz the waiting time is damn damn long... wait till neck long...item still not here yet...

Ralph Lauren: I am still waiting for my RL Black belt!! my first branded belt wor(Ben say he want to help me collect! Yippie!)... recently also crazily buying L/S Shirts for Benji... coz its so cheap lor... A RL shirt cost me ard SGD40-50 after discount and shipping to singapore...Same as Raphael's wardrobe lor...filled with RL and Gap...
They are so fortunate! I only owned a oversized RL Polo Tee... Soon..I will grab a smaller size one!

Diet Lunch - Benji

My constant war with my weight continues with this new attempt to eat healthy reducing carbo for lunch..when living with my parents, excuses like no personal fridge to store my ingredients, lazy to prepare and no proper containers put me off from eating healthily (excuseses)

Went to Carrefour to stock up on Celery, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomatoes and chicken breast meat..preparing them took me 30mins of cutting, seasoning, frying..guess when i cook in bulk for 2-3days will be more productive..

Dieting is nothing new to me..i have successfully lose ~20kg during my Poly days just by eating right and exercising..plain water was my water of choice and soup meals are the norm with my fav Chicken Cutlet a treat..now that I am working with a family, night time is a time to enjoy and pamper my self..sugared drinks and western food becomes the norm and Soup Yong Tau Foo becomes a torture haha..

But for my health and Raphael's quality time with me..I must continue to live healthy..and it must start with losing some weight..

New hairdo!

YEah! I finally highlighted my hair!! hoho.... Ever since i was pregnant with Raphael 2yrs ago... I was stuck with black dull hair...no fanciful colors, no pretty shades.... Compared to before i was pregnant, i always do highlights of 2 colors, 1 colors, dye hair... perm hair...etc...

The only thing that pull me back from coloring my hair initially after giving birth was breastfeeding.... I thought I will be able to color my hair once I stop bf when Raphael is 6Months old..

Then 6Months passed, 9 months, the unbelievable 12months! OMG!... I am coming to 16months of bf!!!!!

But it was after his 1YO birthday that i gradually decreased the pumping interval... From 2hourly , to 3hourly (300ml per pump... 2.4litre)...then to 4hourly...then 6hourly...
to currently 8hours (3 times a day with output of around 900ml to 1litre daily)...

Ok back to hairdo topic.... So i went to Jean Yip @ Bugis, using Benji's package card, i had to top up 16bucks, so I ask the counter lady, how much is highlighting? They say my length shld be 100+...then i tell them i cutting short u noe... should charge me the short hair highlight...
then they quoted me 90bucks...ok lor..GO AHEAD!! hahahaaa

UOL Degree Course - Benji

Knew my results would be released on the 1st Sept, but dont know London time or Singapore time..Been restless for the past week as am afraid of WHAT IF i fail my exams..cant imagine the effort in travelling to school, sacrifices on Fri and Sat for classes and all the brain juices i exhausted during the exam period.

So with a heavy heart on Singapore time 1st Sept 12midnight, i keep pressing refresh button on the UOL website..1am..no luck..2am..no luck..2.15am..RESULTS released!!looking at the 4s that i got, normal circumstances it would mean a FAIL..but luckily for UOL HIGH standard, 34 is the passing marks..so meaning..I PASSED my 2nd year in OUL..

Last year being my 1st year, with my exams clashing with Raphael's birth..the stress, excitement of so many important events cluttering together..still remember me mugging for my 1st year's papers seated in my study desk with new born Raphael in his Cot infront of me..every few mins into my revision i will stand up and "admire" him sleeping..haha..

Now that i am into my 3rd and FINAL year in UOL..I have new found confidence to graduate and have Raphael and GekEng attending the graduation Ceremony with me in 2010..

Still remember in 2007 June, dunno from where i get the "courage" to apply for UOL programme with my Diploma results..my results have never been good..mostly Ds, Es and even Fs..but luckily UOL reviewing my working experiences and relevant diploma admitted me into the BSc Information System and Management, but without any exemption..meaning i need to fulfill all 12 modules..

Being used to Diploma way of studying and answering exam questions, the 1st year was a challenge for me to write essays in UOL style..but writing is something that i am quite good in..still remembering my Os level History..I can write many pages haha..
